In 1982, Wolfgang Puck opened his flagship restaurant, Spago in Los Angeles. Since then, Spago has inspired chefs and restaurateurs from all over the world and continues to set the standard for cuisine, service and style. Wolfgang Puck and Spago have received the Outstanding Chef, Restaurant and Service Awards by the James Beard Foundation. Wolfgang Puck will launch his signature Spago concept in Fall 2007 at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch on Beaver Creek Mountain, Colorado's premier AAA Five Diamond resort.

Created by celebrated New York-based restaurant designer Tony Chi, the stunning space will provide a brilliant stage for the culinary creations of Wolfgang Puck and the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton. Spago Bachelor Gulch will offer innovative menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with an exquisite wine list. Both public and private dining areas will be available including extraordinary outdoor seating on the mountain side terrace, just steps from the Bachelor Gulch Express Chairlift.
